Rooms are available from 15:00 on arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to please leave your rooms by 11:00. They may be available to you beyond this time for a surcharge.

Clothing recommendations

Sporty and elegant. On particularly festive occasions, such as Christmas and New Year’s Eve, evening wear is a great choice. For excursions and hikes, we recommend practical and comfortable clothing suitable for the weather as well as sturdy shoes.

Children’s prices

• Valid per child per day in a room with two full-paying guests

• 0–3 years > Stay for free

• 4–12 years > 47 EUR incl. half-board

• 13–17 years > 68 EUR incl. half-board

So that you can look forward to your holiday and plan it without any hassle, we guarantee you free cancellation for direct bookings should one of these reasons arise:

• Travel advice for Italy

• In the event of lockdown

• In the event of a border closure

• If you or one of your fellow travellers tests positive for Covid19 during the travel period (official proof of test result required)

In order to avoid unnecessary cancellation costs, we recommend that you take out a travel insurance policy with Europäischen Reiseversicherung

General cancellation policy

Depending on the booking period, you can cancel your room reservation free of charge up to two, seven, fourteen or sixty days before the day of arrival. In case of a short-term cancellation, up to 100% of the confirmed price will be charged. This also applies in the event of early departure. A cancellation request should be made in writing. If the room can be rented to someone else, you will of course not incur any costs.
