Your holiday time at the Grand Hotel Imperial should, above all, be a special culinary experience. With our philosophy, we attach particular importance to regional and high-quality produce.

Our philosophy

In the restaurants of the Grand Hotel Imperial, great emphasis is placed on the freshness and quality of produce that forms the basis of refined, typical Italian cuisine. Our main restaurant Sissi and the Carmen Sylva à la carte restaurant are available for our guests to use. A highlight for romantic evenings is our Maria Teresia private dining area, where you can dine entirely by yourselves in candlelight.

We source our ingredients mainly from producers in the region and offer a varied menu with seasonal and regional specialties. Through the culinary art inspired by the Slow food® movement and the great care in preparation, delicious and healthy food is created.

The informal atmosphere in both restaurants of the Grand Hotel Imperial not only attracts hotel guests, but also holidaymakers from Trentino and many local regulars from Levico Terme and the surrounding area.

We cook and act according to the principles of the slow food philosophy.
A movement founded in 1989 that counteracts the “fast, cheap and big” mentality that prevails in today’s world:
