It is with a heavy heart that we have to inform you that our hotel will be permanently closed for economic reasons. This decision has not been easy for us and we understand that it is disappointing for you, our valued guests.

We would like to sincerely thank you for your many years of loyalty and support. Your visits have made our hotel a special place and we cherish the memories we have created together.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. We are at your disposal to clarify any outstanding issues and assist you with any concerns you may have.

Arrival and departure

Rooms are available from 15:00 on arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to please leave your rooms by 11:00. They may be available to you beyond this time for a surcharge.

General cancellation policy

Depending on the booking period, you can cancel your room reservation free of charge up to two, seven, fourteen or sixty days before the day of arrival. In case of a short-term cancellation, up to 100% of the confirmed price will be charged. This also applies in the event of early departure. A cancellation request should be made in writing.
